Each customer is assigned to a specific Customer Service Representative (CSR) that is trained in handling your type of business. Whether your business is municipal, industrial, or international, your assigned CSR is available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM to assist with all of your needs. CSRs are also cross-trained so that if your CSR is ever away from their desk, someone is always there to help.

Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours of receipt, acknowledge your order within 48 hours, and to notify you of shipment of your order in real time, as soon as it leaves our facility.
