2020 SNF Holiday Plans

December 1, 2020

FROM: Joe Naizer

TO: All Riceboro / Midway Employees

SUBJECT: Holiday Turkeys and Hams

Our records show that there are still some employees who did not pick up their frozen Holiday Turkey and Ham. SNF ordered enough to ensure they were available for each on site employee. If you were not able to pick up your Turkey and Ham on the prior dates as scheduled, an additional distribution date has been set up for Thursday, December 3 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the gravel lot at the end of Jones Road (aka “Jacksonville” Lot). Please bring your badge and stop by during this time if you still wish to pick up your Turkey and Ham.

After December 3rd, all remaining Turkeys and Hams will be donated to charity. Have a safe and healthy holiday season.

November 13, 2020

Dear Fellow Riceboro / Midway Employees:

SNF wishes you and your family a happy and safe holiday season.

As part of our commitment to protect the SNF community and those important to them, we have cancelled the holiday party this year.  This decision was made due to the pandemic and our desire to keep everyone safe and healthy.

In-lieu of our annual holiday party, we have decided to utilize funds reserved for this event in a different way for our employees.  I am pleased to announce that next week we will begin distribution of frozen Turkeys and Hams to all Riceboro / Midway employees.  Distribution will take place from the gravel parking lot at the end of Jones Road (aka “Jacksonville” lot).  The distribution schedule is as follows:

Thursday, November 19          5:00 a.m. to Midnight

Friday, November 20                5:00 a.m. to Midnight

This distribution includes employees who are temporarily or permanently working from home.  However, if you are currently not on-site, please try to pick up your turkey and ham between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and noon or between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. either day.  These times will have the lowest volume of traffic.

Distribution is contactless.  Please bring your SNF identification badge as you will be required to scan your I.D. prior to distribution.  If you are also picking up a turkey and ham for another employee, please have their badge with you also.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication during a difficult year.

Best Regards,

Joe Naizer
